M.E. "Mike" Bailey NWS, creates original watercolor paintings,
acrylic and oil paintings. Work that goes "Beyond the Obvious".

He also teaches one of the most in-demand courses at UC Santa Cruz, called Watercolor Beyond the Obvious. In addition, Mike teaches this class through the Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society. Mike is also called upon to provide entertaining, thought-provoking and highly creative presentations for painting groups and watercolor societies throughout the USA and overseas.
